JOB SUMMARY:  Provide administrative and support services to support planning, coordination, execution, and facilitation needs of USSF/S1 in support of leadership development conferences at Peterson AFB, CO.  Coordinate VIP and Senior leadership personnel and manage the administration of up to twelve (12) professional education courses per year in support of the HQ USSF Squadron Commanders' & Spouses' Course, HQ USSF ROTC Immersion Program, HQ USSF Direct Ascent Program, and HQ USSF Superintendent Course.

PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support services for USSF/S1 by providing functional support to fulfill the annual HQ USSF Leadership Development Courses planning and execution. Coordinate site locations, develop agenda topics and handouts, prepare invites, track attendance and registration activities, facilitate conferences, and provide actionable course feedback (PWS 4).  Provide A&AS to support pre-development working groups, template development, conduct research, perform analysis, draft reviews, prepare coordination packages, track suspenses, work with internal/external agencies/offices for task completion, consolidate responses, assist in adjudication efforts and prepare signature packages for appropriate GO/SES-level approval.  Update/create additional course checklists to plan, coordinate, execute, and facilitate conferences, symposiums, or courses on behalf of USSF.  Collect stakeholder requirements and finalize schedules, agendas, and coordinate briefers.  Coordinate with HQ USSF/CCP on DV schedules and protocols, distribute final agendas and course information to attendees, and determine overall attendee landing fee based on number of attendees/DVs/Mentors in attendance.  Coordinate logistics and prepare senior leader binders and attendee course materials and facilitate course or conference execution.  Draft, coordinate, and administer post-event surveys and provide analysis brief for stakeholders.  Create updates, file, and manage databases and documents and use S1K shared drives and SharePoint sites to update and manage course content, attendee information and registration data.  Adhere to all standard AF and DoD IA protocols and attend meetings, answer telephones, emails, and other modes of administrative communication in a professional and courteous manner (PWS 5.1.1 5.1.15). Plan, coordinate, manage, execute, and update supported courses IAW S1K checklists (PWS 5.2.1, 5.3.1, 5.4.1, and 5.5.1).   Use Command Section Listings to identify and track inbound Squadron Commanders (PWS 5.2.2).  Coordinate with scheduling contacts and S1 to adapt to schedule adjustments as needed and schedule course dates (PWS 5.2.3, 5.2.4, 5.3.2, 5.3.3, 5.4.2, 5.4.3, and 5.5.2).  Participate in status meetings and provide verbal updates on current projects/deliverables to senior leadership and their staff in USSF/S1 (PWS 5.2.5, 5.3.4, 5.4.4, and 5.5.2). 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Three or more years of experience in administrative and program development and management activities involving scheduling, training and conference logistical arrangements, preparation, and review of correspondence.  Three or more years of experience in the use of MS Windows OS, MS Office and other standard desktop office environment applications including Adobe Acrobat, Adobe LiveCycle, etc. to present, prepare, or distribute official documents, briefings, or visual aids to collect, update, coordinate, or analyze attendee information.  Two or more years of experience creating MS SharePoint sites and lists in a collaborative environment (PWS 21.1.1 21.1.3).

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School diploma required, associate degree or higher preferred in a management or administrative field

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI), US Citizenship required
